Questions about fridge organising

Still unsure? We're always here to help.

Contact us

Will the boxes fit my fridge?

The stackable 6- and 9-litre fridge boxes need a fridge at least 45 cm deep, so it's worth measuring the shelf before you order. The measurements of the other organisers are on each product page.

What can be stacked?

The fridge boxes, the double drawer and the egg tray are made to be stacked, so you make use of the height in your fridge. The shelf drawer hangs under a shelf and uses space that would otherwise stand empty.

Can I see what's inside?

Yes. The shelf drawer, the 6-litre box, the double drawer and the egg tray are see-through, so you can see the contents without pulling everything out. That makes it easier to use food before it's forgotten at the back.

How long is the warranty?

There's a 2-year warranty. If a fault appears, write to us through the claims portal with a short description and a photo or video, and our claims team will help you from there.

What if it's not for me?

You have 100 days to return it, even if you've used it. If it's not for you, register the return in our customer portal, get a free return label and your money back once we've received the item.
